Ksuser Software License and Service Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to Ksuser software and services!

To use Ksuser software (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") and services, you should read and comply with this Ksuser Software License and Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please carefully read and fully understand the content of each provision, especially those concerning exemption or limitation of liability, as well as separate agreements for activating or using specific services, and choose whether to accept them. Limitation and disclaimer clauses may be highlighted in bold or other formats for your attention.

You are not authorized to download, install, or use the Software and related services unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement. Your downloading, installing, using, obtaining a Ksuser account, logging in, and other actions shall be deemed as your acknowledgment that you have read and agree to be bound by the above agreement.

If you are under the age of 18, please read this Agreement and the above-mentioned other agreements under the guidance of your legal guardian, and pay special attention to the provisions regarding use by minors.

1. Scope of Agreement

1.1 Applicable Parties

This Agreement is concluded between you and Ksuser regarding your downloading, installation, use, and copying of the Software, as well as your use of Ksuser-related services.

1.2 Agreement Relationships and Conflict Provisions

This Agreement is deemed to be a supplementary agreement to the Ksuser Service Agreement, is an integral part thereof, and forms a unified whole with it. In case of conflict between this Agreement and the above content, this Agreement shall prevail.

This Agreement also includes the relevant agreements, business rules, and other content that Ksuser may continuously publish regarding this service. Once formally released, such content becomes an integral part of this Agreement, and you shall also comply with it.

2. About This Service

2.1 Service Content This service refers to the unified authentication center and toolbox (hereinafter referred to as "Ksuser Passport") provided by Ksuser to users, supporting unified and coordinated accounts across multiple devices and providing unified authentication cluster services.

2.2 Service Formats

2.2.1 The Ksuser client software in this service may be provided in multiple application versions including but not limited to iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Symbian, BlackBerry, Windows, Mac, Linux, and HarmonyOS. Users must select the software version that matches their installed terminal device.

2.3 Scope of Service License

2.3.1 Ksuser grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Software. You may install, use, display, and run the Software on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes.

2.3.2 You may make one copy of the Software for the purpose of using the Software and services, solely for backup purposes. The backup copy must contain all copyright information contained in the original software.

2.3.3 All other rights not expressly authorized in this article and other provisions of this Agreement remain reserved by Ksuser, and you must obtain separate written permission from Ksuser to exercise these rights. Ksuser's failure to exercise any of the foregoing rights does not constitute a waiver of such rights.

3. Obtaining the Software

3.1 You may obtain the Software directly from Ksuser's website or from third parties authorized by Ksuser.

3.2 If you obtain the Software or an installation program with the same name as the Software from a third party not authorized by Ksuser, Ksuser cannot guarantee that the software will function properly and shall not be liable for any losses caused to you as a result.

4. Software Installation and Uninstallation

4.1 Ksuser may have developed different software versions for different terminal devices. You should choose the appropriate version for download and installation based on actual circumstances.

4.2 After downloading the installation program, you need to follow the steps prompted by the program for correct installation.

4.3 To provide higher quality and safer services, Ksuser may recommend the installation of other software when installing this Software; you may choose to install or not install them.

4.4 If you no longer need to use the Software or need to install a new version, you may uninstall it yourself. Please note that after uninstalling the Software, some preference information stored on your terminal device will be cleared and will no longer be viewable after reinstallation. If you are willing to help Ksuser improve its products and services, please let us know the reason for uninstallation.

5. Software Updates

5.1 To improve user experience and enhance service content, Ksuser will continuously strive to develop new services and provide you with software updates from time to time (these updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, feature enhancement, version upgrades, etc.).

5.2 To ensure the security and functional consistency of the Software and services, Ksuser has the right to update the Software or change or restrict some of its functional effects without special notice to you.

5.3 After a new version of the Software is released, older versions may not be usable. Ksuser does not guarantee the continued availability of older versions and corresponding customer service. Please check and download the latest version at any time.

6. Protection of User Personal Information

6.1 Protecting user personal information is a fundamental principle of Ksuser. Ksuser will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal information. Except as required by laws and regulations, Ksuser will not disclose or reveal users' personal information to third parties without user consent. Ksuser uses professional encryption storage and transmission methods for relevant information to ensure the security of users' personal information.

6.2 When registering an account or using this service, you need to provide certain necessary information. For example: to provide you with account registration services or perform user identity verification, we may require you to fill in your mobile phone number; the nearby people feature may require your location information; mobile phone address book matching may require your authorization to access your phone's address book, etc. Where national laws, regulations, or policies have special provisions, you will need to provide authentic identity information. If the information you provide is incomplete, you may not be able to use this service or may experience limitations during use.

6.3 Under normal circumstances, you may browse and modify the information you have submitted at any time. However, for security and identity verification purposes (such as account recovery services), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided at the time of registration. If you use an existing account to assist in registering a new account, Ksuser will consider the verified email address during the new account registration process as the initial email for that account.

6.4 Ksuser will employ various security technologies and procedures to establish a comprehensive management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

6.5 Ksuser attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the written consent of your parent or legal guardian before using Ksuser's services.

6.6 For further information on how Ksuser collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information and what rights you have, you may also read the Privacy Protection Policy.

7. Primary Rights and Obligations

7.1 Account Usage Rules

7.1.1 You need to register a Ksuser account before using this service. Ksuser accounts may be registered via email and bound to the registration email. Ksuser has the right to specify the prerequisites that must be met for using an existing Ksuser account to assist in registering a new Ksuser account. Users may not register more than a reasonable number of accounts using the same identity.

Ksuser has the right to change the methods of account registration and binding based on user needs or product requirements. Regardless of the method through which you register a Ksuser account as provided in this Agreement, for specific rules regarding the use of your account, please comply with the relevant account usage agreements and the specific rules published by Ksuser for this purpose.

7.1.2 Ownership of Ksuser accounts belongs to Ksuser Company. Upon completing the application and registration procedures, users only obtain the right to use the Ksuser account, and such usage right belongs solely to the initial applicant registrant. Meanwhile, the initial applicant registrant may not give away, lend, rent, transfer, or sell the Ksuser account or otherwise permit non-initial applicant registrants to use the Ksuser account. Non-initial applicant registrants may not use the Ksuser account through gift, inheritance, lease, transfer, or any other means.

7.1.3 Users have the responsibility to properly safeguard the security of their registered account information and account password. Users need to bear legal responsibility for actions taken under their registered account and password. Users agree not to disclose account and password information to others under any circumstances. If you suspect that someone else is using your account, you should immediately notify Ksuser Company.

7.1.4 When users register a Ksuser account via email, the system will automatically assign a Ksuser account for you. You may configure your Ksuser account or modify it according to the guidance on relevant function pages, provided that the corresponding conditions are met.

7.1.5 When you use a specific service or function of the Software client, that service or function may require you to create or register a new account based on your Ksuser account (hereinafter referred to as a "function account"), and you must follow the specific requirements for such operations. Unless otherwise stated or permitted in writing by Ksuser, the ownership of the aforementioned accounts also belongs to Ksuser Company. After completing the creation or registration operation, users only obtain the right to use the account, and such usage right also belongs solely to the initial applicant registrant. The initial applicant registrant may not give away, lend, rent, transfer, or sell the account or otherwise permit non-initial applicant registrants to use the account. Non-initial applicant registrants may not use the account through gift, inheritance, lease, transfer, or any other means.

7.1.6 If a user does not log in to a registered or created Ksuser account or function account for an extended period, Ksuser has the right to reclaim the account to avoid resource waste. Any losses arising therefrom shall be borne solely by the user.

7.2 User Precautions

7.2.1 You understand and agree: To provide you with effective services, the Software will utilize resources such as your terminal device's processor and bandwidth. Data traffic charges may arise during the use of the Software. Users should inquire about relevant tariff information from their carriers and bear the related costs themselves.

7.2.2 You understand and agree: Certain features of the Software may allow third parties to become aware of user information. When a user chooses to interoperate Ksuser with other software or hardware information, the providers of such other software or hardware may obtain relevant information that the user has actively disclosed or transmitted in Ksuser. Users should fully understand the product features and information protection strategies of the other software or hardware before making such choices.

7.2.3 When you use a specific service of the Software, that service may have additional separate agreements, related business rules, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "separate agreements"). Please read and agree to the relevant separate agreements before using such services. Your use of the aforementioned specific services shall be deemed as acceptance of the relevant separate agreements.

7.2.4 You understand and agree that Ksuser will make commercially reasonable efforts to protect the security of your data stored in the Software and services. However, Ksuser cannot provide a complete guarantee in this regard, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

7.2.4.1 Ksuser is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of your relevant data in the Software and services;

7.2.4.2 Ksuser has the right to determine at its sole discretion, based on actual circumstances, the maximum storage period for individual user data in the Software and services, and to allocate maximum data storage space on servers, etc. You may back up the relevant data in the Software and services yourself according to your own needs;

7.2.4.3 If you stop using the Software and services or if the services are terminated or canceled, Ksuser may permanently delete your data from the servers. After services are stopped, terminated, or canceled, Ksuser is not obligated to return any data to you.

7.2.5 When using the Software and services, users shall bear the following risks that are beyond Ksuser's control, including but not limited to:

7.2.5.1 Risks such as loss or leakage of personal information due to force majeure factors;

7.2.5.2 Users must select a software version that matches their installed terminal device. Otherwise, any problems or damages caused by incompatibility between the software and the terminal device model shall be borne solely by the user;

7.2.5.3 Risks that may arise from third-party websites and related content when users access such websites using the Software shall be borne by the user;

7.2.5.4 Risks and liabilities arising from the forwarding or sharing of content posted by users, due to such dissemination;

7.2.5.5 Risks such as inability to receive or loss of data due to reasons including insufficient storage space or malfunction of the user's terminal device;

7.2.5.6 Risks such as Ksuser login failure, incomplete data synchronization, slow page loading, etc., caused by unstable wireless network signals, low wireless network bandwidth, etc.;

7.2.5.7 You understand and agree that when you register an account or use this service, if your account is found to have abnormal circumstances or risks such as suspected fraud, Ksuser has the right to re-verify your account in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and may, depending on the risk situation, take measures such as requiring correction within a specified period, restricting functions, suspending use, closing the account, prohibiting re-registration, and other measures as provided in this Agreement. In the course of providing this service to you, if clues of fraud-related illegal activities or risk information are discovered, Ksuser has the right to, in accordance with relevant national regulations, transfer such information to public security, financial, telecommunications, cyberspace affairs, and other competent authorities based on the type and severity of the fraud risk. When using this service, please be sure to properly safeguard your personal account and password and shall not illegally buy, sell, rent, or lend your personal account.

7.2.5.8 You understand and agree: During the use of this service, risk factors such as force majeure may be encountered, causing interruption of this service. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, storms, and epidemics, as well as social events such as war, unrest, and government actions.

7.3 Third-Party Products and Services

7.3.1 When you use products or services provided by third parties through the Software, in addition to complying with the provisions of this Agreement, you shall also comply with the third party's user agreement. Ksuser and the third party shall bear their respective liabilities for any disputes that may arise, within the scope prescribed by law and agreement.

7.3.2 When users use the Software or request Ksuser to provide specific services, the Software may call upon third-party systems or support your use or access through third parties. The results of such use or access are provided by the third party, and Ksuser does not guarantee the security, accuracy, effectiveness, or other uncertain risks of services and content provided by third parties. Ksuser is not related to and bears no liability for any disputes or damages arising therefrom.

7.3.3 Third-party service providers may provide products or services to you through the Software. During this process, depending on the services you use, third-party service providers may access, collect, use, and store your relevant data or information. Through agreements signed with third-party service providers, relevant norms, and reasonable product process design, Ksuser strictly requires third-party service providers to: obtain any of your data in compliance with relevant laws and regulations; obtain your explicit consent in advance; adopt necessary data protection measures; use your relevant data reasonably only for the purposes of the product or service; provide you with means to modify or delete your data; and delete all data upon termination of the service. Ksuser makes the utmost efforts to protect your data and privacy from infringement. Before accepting or using third-party products or services, you should fully understand the third party's subject information and the terms and policies of the product or service. If you discover any third-party service provider engaging in relevant illegal or non-compliant behavior, you may submit a complaint to Ksuser, and Ksuser will investigate and handle the matter accordingly.

7.3.4 You understand and agree that Ksuser has the right to decide to use the Software for commercial purposes, including but not limited to developing and using parts of the Software's services for third-party promotion, etc. Ksuser undertakes to strictly protect your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement during the promotion process. Meanwhile, you may also choose to block or refuse to receive relevant promotional information through system settings.

8. User Conduct Standards

8.1 Information Content Standards

8.1.1 The information content referred to in this article means any content produced, copied, published, or disseminated by users during the use of the Software and services, including but not limited to profile pictures, names, user descriptions, introductions, and other registration information of Ksuser accounts or function accounts; or text, voice, images, videos, emojis, and other information sent; Moments posts with images and text, video updates, channel content, and related link pages; and other content generated using Ksuser accounts or function accounts or the Software and services.

8.1.2 You understand and agree that Ksuser is committed to providing users with a civilized, healthy, standardized, and orderly online environment. You may not use Ksuser accounts or function accounts or the Software and services to produce, copy, publish, or disseminate content that disrupts Ksuser's normal operations or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties, including but not limited to:

8.1.2.1 Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that violates national laws and regulations:

  1. Content that opposes the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
  2. Content that endangers national security, divulges state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
  3. Content that damages national honor and interests;
  4. Content that distorts, vilifies, blasphemes, or denies the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, or infringes upon the names, portraits, reputations, or honors of heroes and martyrs through insult, defamation, or other means;
  5. Content that promotes terrorism or extremism, or incites terrorist or extremist activities;
  6. Content that incites ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;
  7. Content that undermines national religious policies or promotes cults and feudal superstitions;
  8. Content that spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability;
  9. Content that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or incites crime;
  10. Content that insults or defames others, infringing upon others' reputations, privacy, and other legitimate rights and interests;
  11. Content that uses exaggerated titles where the content significantly deviates from the title;
  12. Content that sensationalizes scandals, gossip, or misdeeds;
  13. Content that inappropriately comments on disasters such as natural disasters or major accidents;
  14. Content that carries sexual innuendo or sexual provocation that is likely to evoke sexual associations;
  15. Content that displays gore, horror, cruelty, or other content that causes physical or mental discomfort;
  16. Content that incites crowd discrimination or regional discrimination;
  17. Content that promotes vulgarity, kitsch, or philistinism;
  18. Content that may induce minors to imitate unsafe behaviors or violate social ethics, or induce unhealthy habits in minors;
  19. Content that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors or harms the physical and mental health of minors;
  20. Other content that has a negative impact on the online ecosystem;
  21. Content that incites illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration, or mass gatherings that disrupt social order;
  22. Content that acts in the name of illegal non-governmental organizations;
  23. Content that does not comply with the requirements of relevant regulations and the "seven bottom lines" of abiding by laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights and interests, public order, social morality and fashion, and information authenticity;
  24. Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

8.1.2.2 Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that infringes upon others' legitimate rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets;

8.1.2.3 Content involving others' privacy, personal information, or data;

8.1.2.4 Publishing, transmitting, or disseminating harassment, advertising information, excessive marketing information, spam, or content containing any sexual or sexually suggestive material;

8.1.2.5 Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good morals, or social ethics, or disrupts Ksuser's normal operations, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

8.2 Software Usage Standards

8.2.1 Unless permitted by law or with Ksuser's written permission, you shall not engage in the following conduct when using the Software:

8.2.1.1 Deleting copyright information from the Software and its copies;

8.2.1.2 Reverse engineering, reverse assembling, reverse compiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Software;

8.2.1.3 Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, republishing, compiling, publishing, creating mirror sites, etc., of content for which Ksuser owns intellectual property rights;

8.2.1.4 Copying, modifying, adding, deleting, hooking, or creating any derivative works from the Software, data released into any terminal memory during the Software's operation, client-server interaction data during the Software's operation, or system data necessary for the Software's operation, including but not limited to using plugins, cheats, or third-party tools/services not authorized by Ksuser to access the Software and related systems;

8.2.1.5 By modifying or forging instructions or data during the Software's operation, adding, deleting, or altering the Software's functions or operational effects, or operating or disseminating to the public software or methods used for the above purposes, regardless of whether these actions are for commercial purposes;

8.2.1.6 Logging into or using the Software and services through third-party software, plugins, cheats, or systems not developed or authorized by Ksuser, or performing automated operations, or producing, publishing, or disseminating the above tools, methods, etc.;

8.2.1.7 Controlling, accessing, reading, or interfering with the Software and its components, modules, or data, either by yourself or by authorizing others or third-party software or systems to do so, or circumventing or destroying security protection and other technical measures set up by the Software;

8.2.1.8 Other actions not expressly authorized by Ksuser.

8.2.2 You understand and agree that, based on comprehensive factors such as user experience, operational security of Ksuser or relevant service platforms, platform rule requirements, and healthy development, Ksuser has the right to choose the targets of service provision, determine feature settings, and determine the targets and scope of feature activation, data interfaces, and related data disclosure. For the following circumstances, Ksuser has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of this service depending on the specific situation, including but not limited to:

8.2.2.1 Violation of laws, regulations, or the provisions of this Agreement;

8.2.2.2 Affecting service experience;

8.2.2.3 Posing security risks;

8.2.2.4 Being similar to or identical to the main functions or functional components already existing in Ksuser or its service platforms, or being able to achieve the primary utility of the above functions or functional components;

8.2.2.5 The interface, style, functions, description, or user experience being similar to Ksuser or its service platforms, which may cause Ksuser users to believe that the functions or services they are using originate from Ksuser or are authorized by Ksuser;

8.2.2.6 Violating the operational principles of Ksuser or its service platforms, or not complying with other management requirements of Ksuser.

8.3 Service Operation Standards

Unless permitted by law or with Ksuser's written permission, you shall not engage in the following conduct when using this service:

8.3.1 Submitting or publishing false information, or impersonating or using the name of another person;

8.3.2 Inducing other users to click on linked pages or share information;

8.3.3 Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;

8.3.4 Infringing upon others' legitimate rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets;

8.3.5 Using Ksuser accounts, function accounts, any features, or third-party operating platforms for promotion or mutual promotion without Ksuser's written permission;

8.3.6 Using Ksuser accounts or function accounts or the Software and services to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;

8.3.7 Producing or publishing methods or tools related to the above actions, or operating or disseminating such methods or tools, regardless of whether these actions are for commercial purposes;

8.3.8 Other actions that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, disrupt the normal operation of products, or are not expressly authorized by Ksuser.

To better protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and provide a good user experience, Ksuser has formulated the Ksuser Personal Account Usage Standards (hereinafter referred to as the "Usage Standards") for Ksuser accounts. The Usage Standards are an integral part of this Agreement. Please carefully read and comply with them. To provide users with a green, safe, healthy, and convenient online ecosystem, Ksuser may modify the Usage Standards when necessary. The modified content, upon publication, becomes an integral part of this Agreement, and you shall also comply with it. You can check the latest version of the Usage Standards on the Software's official website.

8.4 Responsibility for Your Own Actions

You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions taken under your registered account, including any content you post, comments, likes, recommendations, and other actions, as well as any consequences arising therefrom. You should exercise your own judgment regarding the content in this service and bear all risks arising from the use of such content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness, or practicality of the content. Ksuser cannot and will not assume any liability for any loss or damage caused by the aforementioned risks.

8.5 Breach of Contract Handling

8.5.1 If Ksuser discovers or receives reports or complaints from others that a user has violated the provisions of this Agreement, Ksuser has the right to delete or block the relevant content at any time without notice, and depending on the severity of the conduct, impose penalties on the relevant account of the violating subject, including but not limited to warning, restricting or prohibiting the use of some or all features, account suspension up to account cancellation or reclaiming, and announce the results of such handling.

8.5.2 You understand and agree that Ksuser has the right, based on reasonable judgment, to penalize conduct that violates relevant laws, regulations, or the provisions of this Agreement, take appropriate legal action against any user who violates laws or regulations, and preserve relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations for reporting to relevant authorities and cooperating with investigations. Users shall independently bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.

8.5.3 You understand and agree that if your violation of this Agreement or relevant service terms leads to or results in any claims, demands, or losses asserted by third parties, you shall independently bear liability; if Ksuser suffers losses as a result, you shall also compensate for such losses.

9. Intellectual Property Statement

9.1 Ksuser is the intellectual property rights holder of the Software. All copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in the Software, as well as all information content related to the Software (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, charts, interface design, layout framework, relevant data, or electronic documents, etc.), are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and corresponding international treaties. Ksuser enjoys the above intellectual property rights, except for rights that relevant rights holders should enjoy according to legal provisions.

9.2 Without the written consent of Ksuser or relevant rights holders, you may not implement, exploit, or transfer the above intellectual property rights for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, either by yourself or by permitting any third party to do so.

9.3 All content uploaded or published by you during the use of the Software and services will not result in the transfer of intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other rights due to such uploading or publishing. At the same time, you understand and agree that Ksuser, for the purpose of achieving product objectives, may use specific public non-confidential content published by you within the scope permitted by law, including but not limited to storing it, playing it to relevant users, making it available for relevant users to access and re-use, etc.

10. Terminal Security Liability

10.1 You understand and agree that the Software, like most internet software, may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc.; and may also be subject to various security issues, including but not limited to others illegally using user data to conduct real-world harassment; other software downloaded and installed by users or other websites visited may contain viruses, trojans, or other malicious programs that threaten the information and data security of your terminal device, thereby affecting the normal use of the Software, etc. Therefore, you should strengthen your awareness of information security and personal information protection, pay attention to password protection, to avoid losses.

10.2 You shall not produce, publish, use, or disseminate malicious programs used to steal Ksuser accounts, function accounts, and others' personal information or property.

10.3 Maintaining software security and normal use is the shared responsibility of Ksuser and you. Ksuser will adopt necessary technical measures reasonably and prudently in accordance with industry standards to protect the information and data security of your terminal device. However, you acknowledge and agree that Ksuser cannot provide a complete guarantee in this regard.

10.4 Under no circumstances should you readily trust online information involving borrowing money, requesting passwords, or other property-related matters. For matters involving property operations, please be sure to verify the other party's identity first, and frequently pay attention to Ksuser's tips on fraud prevention.

11. Third-Party Software or Technology

11.1 The Software may use third-party software or technology (including the Software may use open-source code and public domain code, etc., the same below). Such use has been legally authorized.

11.2 If the Software uses third-party software or technology, Ksuser will, in accordance with relevant regulations or agreements, present the relevant agreements or other documents through attachments to this Agreement, packaging them in specific folders within the Software installation package, or displaying them through open-source software pages, etc. They may be expressed in forms such as "Software Use License Agreement," "Authorization Agreement," "Open-Source Code License," or other forms. The aforementioned relevant agreements, other documents, and web pages displayed in various forms are all integral parts of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement, and you shall comply with these requirements. If you fail to comply with these requirements, the third party or state authorities may file lawsuits, impose fines, or take other sanctions against you, and request Ksuser's assistance. You shall bear the legal liability yourself.

11.3 Any disputes arising from third-party software or technology used by the Software shall be resolved by the third party, and Ksuser shall bear no liability. Ksuser does not provide customer support for third-party software or technology. If you need support, please contact the third party.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Your use of the Software shall be deemed as your acknowledgment that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement. Ksuser has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary and will remind you in an appropriate manner so that you can stay informed of the latest version of this Agreement. You can check the latest version of this Agreement in the Software client under "Me — Settings — About Ksuser" or on the official website. If you continue to use the Software after the terms of this Agreement have been modified, it shall be deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using the Software.

12.2 The place of signing this Agreement is Pudong New Area, Shanghai, People's Republic of China.

12.3 The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland region of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).

12.4 Any disputes or controversies arising between you and Ksuser shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the competent people's court in the jurisdiction where this Agreement is signed.

12.5 The headings of all provisions in this Agreement are for reading convenience only and have no actual meaning in themselves, and shall not be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.

12.6 This Agreement may exist in versions of multiple languages, including Chinese and English. If there is any conflict between the Chinese version and versions in other languages, the Chinese version shall prevail.

12.7 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
